El compromiso, la excelencia, el trabajo en equipo y la responsabilidad son necesarias en el proceso formativo, pero también en el mundo del deporte en todas sus disciplinas y en cada una de las áreas profesionales que engloba. Una alianza de dos instituciones referentes en sus respectivos ámbitos de actuación unidas en esta Escuela por la pasión por el deporte y sus ámbitos de conocimiento: la Actividad Física, la Salud (Nutrición, Fisioterapia, Psicología), las áreas de gestión y desarrollo de negocio y otras relacionadas con esta industria y cada vez más demandadas como el **BigData**.    Los departamentos académicos de la **UEMC** y los profesionales del *** Real Valladolid***  trabajan unidos para ofrecer a la industria del deporte los mejores profesionales posibles, que sean capaces de trabajar en cualquier entidad deportiva ( clubes, federaciones, asociaciones, etc… ), gestionar instalaciones deportivas  u organizar eventos… incorporando las mejores prácticas y los conocimientos más avanzados. Está estructurado en torno a las áreas funcionales de los negocios deportivos con las especialidades del sector económico y de la industria deportiva.
